A Special Birthday

November 4 marks a very special event on the IBLP calendar. It is Mr. Gothard’s birthday! The staff worked diligently to put on a very memorable birthday celebration complete with seasonal decorations, special music, and a scrumptious banquet. With over 100 guests, it was an event to remember!

That same verse was on my mind this morning! Praise the Lord for designing life in such a way that one generation is able to pass on it’s wisdom and counsel to the next! Keep your heart and ears open James!

What a momentous occasion! It amazes me how every year the staff comes up with such good celebration ideas. Thanks for sharing this one with us.Does Mr. Gothard like popcorn?

How things are decorated surprises me every time too, Mom! We got the popcorn machine because we know Mr. Gothard likes gifts that he can share :). Actually, I’m not sure of the real reason, but there is probably an event from Mr. Gothard’s past that would yield an explanation.
