Transplanted

I have thoroughly enjoyed spending the past few weeks with my family. So many opportunities to join them in their exciting endeavors! Planting the garden with David was a highlight.

One gardening project was to transplant half a dozen new strawberry plants. As I carried the plant on my shovel to its new location, it struck me how the plant really had no say in its new location. It’s job is simply to adapt to its surroundings, grow, and bear fruit for the gardener in its new location.  The Gardener takes care of the rest.

Praise the Lord for the energy He gives to keep going! You, my dear friend, have been a true energy giver. It was such a delight to get to see you so often in the past couple weeks. You’re a continual inspiration to me of investing into other people. May the Lord bless you richly for the many, many ways you bless others!
