Touring Canada!

The Garfat family in Beachburg Ontario, who have hosted me for the past few days, have been showing me around their part of the great country of Canada!

For the past few days, we have been in the Lennoxville area, just north of Vermont. It has been great fun visiting with many families, touring a dairy farm, photographing the scenery, and wading through feet of snow. I hope you will enjoy a few of these snapshots of my trip so far.

Looks like Canada is “buried” too! But it also appears they were expecting it 🙂 and further, enjoying it. We’re enjoying our unexpected three inches.

It was great meeting you, James. As for Canada being buried, yes, we do expect that from November to April, so we have learned “therewith to be content”.

I Live in Quebec. I’m so glad you got to come down and experience it. Did you learn any french?

I wouldn’t say I learned much French, but I certainly am more familiar with it than I was before. I still don’t understand why it takes so many letters to make just a few sounds though. 🙂
