Beyond our Expectations

Our incredibly busy schedule and the lack of consistent Internet connectivity has simply not allowed enough time for me to sort through and post pictures of each day. But it´s just miraculous what God has accomplished in the last two days. It seems like whatever we have asked God for in prayer, He gives!

Thursday and Friday were spent primarily visiting locations we had visited on our previous trip where we were able to follow up and expound on the past training: a prison, a school, a boys’ homeless shelter, and the City Hall of Callao. Everywhere we go, there are more and more people asking to receive Christ as their Savior! Thursday night, after a Character training session in a church-hut in a very poor section of Callao, I was able to lead two young teenagers to the Lord. Then, last night, at a very nice banquet hosted for us, Robert led two young people at his table to the Lord. These are just two examples of the many conversions that have taken place over the past two days.

Thanks for all your prayers! You can pray specifically that we would keep showing the initiative to share the gospel when the opportunity presents itself. Also, please pray that we would each individually continue to guard our eyes and our hearts from all the moral corruption of the city. It´s amazing to see the holiness and power of God working on the hearts of the Peruvian people!
