Our family heard a wonderful testimony yesterday in church from Jeremy S. who was on the Journey also! His testimony really challenged me to again examine my heart for any “competing affections” and never let anything be more important than Christ. I’m thankful for what the Lord did in your hearts during this time and praise Him for how it is already impacting others’ lives as well. God bless, Mrs. Gunn
P.S. It is significant to me that you quoted Psalm 63:3 “Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee” for it is a very special verse to me. After being diagnosed 7 years ago with cancer I would wake every morning thanking the Lord for life, but it seemed that He was not quite satisfied with that–I was missing something–until one day the Lord showed me this verse. Now I’m looking past the gift to the Giver and I thank the Lord for something better: His lovingkindness! Praise His Name!

The reports from your Journey were some of the most exciting ones I’ve heard since the Journey’s began. How awesome it is to see young men being completely sold out for God!
