A thought for the day

Some of a country’s truest patriots are those who ennoble the character of its citizens with the most orderly of music.
“How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!”
Isaiah 52:7

Very profound!
Very interesting. Do you know who said it?
James, my guess is that such a deep, accurate, profound, and thought-provoking statement as that would have to be a quote from M. H. Staddon. Quite true, and interesting – I agree!
God is not the author of confusion … Let all things be done decently and in order.
I Corinthians 14:33 and 40.
That’s a hard question to answer “do I know who said it” – yes, but not fully, because his heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked – who can know it? But the thought actually came from 1 Cor. 14. We know where 1 Cor. 14 really came from, so the thought didn’t originate with the one who said it. Either way I know to some degree both the one it came from and the one it came through – my chief concern is that it came through OK.
